They did a great job!

I was happy with them. They are coming out to check out the damage from the storm. They are very responsive.

The wood of the fence was warped the milling of the wood was sub standard cracked split uneven in appearance. I was very up set about the way the wood appeared. I called and let the owner know and to come and take a look at the fence . He was not very helpful Said thats what stockade look like. I said this is not what my last fence looked like when it was new . This is inferior wood not premium its got warped and split pieces. Again the appointment could no be made while I was home He said they were to busy. So they came and fixed some of the wood pieces that were cracked and warped. I was not satisfied with the repairs or the service. So its a year later and every time I look at the fence I get up set. I would not  go back to this fence company ever or recommend them. I decided to fix it my self. It's less aggravating and It would be to expensive at this time to replace.

.   I had a problem with them. I paid the guy in cash and he stole the money and they were calling me asking for the copy of the cancelled check. I told them that I had paid the guy in cash. They called me a couple of times. I had told them then that if he has told you that I have paid in check then you have a problem because I paid in cash. I guess then they would have realised that the guy owned them money. I did not get a receipt because the bill said cash on delivery. When the receipt says cash on delivery why do they want a check? I paid $900 as check for the deposit and the rest of $2460 in cash. But after the two times they called me they left me alone.  Other than that they did a great job.  I had gone to a couple of different centres and this company seem to be in the middle, not overly cheap or extremely expensive.  I was really happy with them. They did not pursue after that.  Everything else was okay.  In the future I better have people sign off. Even the deposit invoice does not have a place to sign off it just says cash on delivery. There was no place for him to put paid or anything like that. There was no paid box because it did not apply. You pay the deposit as check and the rest is cash so it did not apply. I did not think that somebody would nick it. I will use them in the future.

The installers were very professional in their behavior and did an excellent installation job.  They finished the installation on time.  They were very  responsive when a problem with the lock on the aluminum self-closing gate did not work properly.  They came the next day and replaced it.

I highly recommend Blizzard.

Tony the owner came and did the estimate.  He is a really nice guy.  He came back to do a second estimate when I described some changes that I wanted to make to the original plan.  He gave me a great price and didn't nickel and dime me for some small extra things I wanted done.  His team showed up on time on the day of the install.  Tony called me ahead of time to tell me that they were on the way.  The guys worked all day long and did a great job.  Overall this was a great experience.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THE CREW WAS GREAT AND WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
