AMISH CONNECTION

The quality of their work was superb.  As far as their punctuality, they kind of work on their own time schedule.  As far as professionalism, they are just a whole different cut of people.  They saved me almost $10,000.  I called three other contractors and one never even returned my call, one returned my call and made an appointment but never showed up, and the third one returned my call and showed up for the appointment to give me an estimate but never did get back to me with an estimate.  A friend of mine had a barn built by Amish and he gave me their address.  I drove down to them and they came up within a week and took a look at my garage.  They tore down the garage that was there and built a new garage, and did all the concrete work and everything for #20,000.  They were there when they said they would be there to give me an estimate, and they did come out to give that at the exact time that they said they would come.  As far as their punctuality in getting the job done, they probably do a quick job and at the time that they would have actually done it, but they might take a day off and go fishing instead of doing the job.  We just have to work with them a little bit.  I would absolutely use them again in the future.  In fact, I intend to build another garage for my motorhome.
