I thought the job went great and the $85 they charged was half the price of anyone else. A year later I took the vehicle to a Chrysler dealer for its yearly inspection and was told the same ti- rod was bad. Thinking the dealer was trying to sell me something i didnt need I took the original paperwork out from Ruges stating they already replaced the part. Boy was I suprised when the mechanic took me into the shop and pointed out all four of the ti-rod ends were original equipment meaning none of them had ever been changed and I was shown the play in the part that needed replacement. I can only assume I was taken for a ride a year earlier at Ruges.
