Excellent.  They did exactly what I asked, were professional and worked hard and finished the entire job in just one morning.

I saw them recommended on the list. I called them to order a cord of firewood. The office answered and said I would receive a phone call from the and quot;woodand quot; person. I didn't get a call. I called the office again the next day......and finally got a call back. The man told me to expect a call the following Tuesday.....and they would deliver Wednesday or Thursday. The following Wednesday afternoon....after hearing nothing from them.......I called the office...again. The woman said she would have him call me......he never did. I called again on Friday.... the woman said she would have him call me.......he never did. At this point...after wasting almost two weeks of my time....I am DONE with them.

Response was immediate and professional. They don't just work fast-they scamper. It was fascinating to watch.

I called Roots 4 times: Got the answering service once and the owner's voice mail 3 times. Left 4 messages over the course of 2 months. Never heard back.

I called Roots (approx 9/28) to see about an estimate. The young lady said the man would "call this evening or in the morning". After a couple days of no response, I called again. The lady at the answering service seemed a bit surprised, but said she would put it in again. No response. I finally called somenoe else. The work will be accomplished at the end of this week.
