+ -1 moreJoe and his crew did a great job with my renovation -- removed cedar shakes and replaced with vinyl siding. Also installed 12 new windows throughout the house and garage. Took down a kitchen wall to open up into the dining room and framed a window (cut-out) facing the living room. The job came out beautifully, even better than we expected! Joe and his crew were on time every day and cleaned up at the end of each day. Joe has many years of experience, and he answered all of our questions so we understood what was going on. There were also little things they did, like securing a wobbly deck post and raising the gate that kept dragging on the deck floor. Small details like that do matter! I would definitely recommend Termine Enterprises for any home improvement project!

Description of Work: Termine Enterprises came recommended to me from a friend who had them re-roof her house. Along with the roof, they made significant repairs to a porch as well as the eaves due to rot/weathering. I had a old shed on my property with a slant roof that Termine remodeled into an A-frame. This involved removing the entire back wall, putting in footing to the structure (it was originally only up on cinder-block. After completing the structural changes, the roof was replaced, to match the house, and the entire shed was faced with brick. Not only was this painstaking work, but the cement between each brink had to be "piped" in, like icing from a pastry bag. The shed is gorgeous. Joe Termine, with whom I worked, is simply the salt of the earth. And he really knows his work. He and his two brothers, Nick and Tony own the business. I can't say enough good things about his work, the people who work with him. Clean, efficient, able to take my ideas and make them reality. Do: Call and expect them to be prompt and courteous.
