TERRIBLE...
While the overall quality of their work is excellent, they did not complete the work in a timely manner. The pool opened 3 weeks late. They left a HUGE pile of dirt and stone behind the pool that is not only unsightly but dangerous. Furthermore they did not comply with Westchester County regulations as to proper depth marking around the outside of the pool. This caused to pool to fail inspection and be closed. They have been contacted NUMEROUS times by the condo association as well as the mgt company to complete the job. They have ignored EVERY call. The condo residents are OUTRAGED. While they do excellent work they do not complete the job or return calls.
