IRON-AGE CONSTRUCTION FENCE

This is the second set of aluminum railings that I've had made and installed by this company. The first set were for indoor stairs. Larry, the owner, is one of the best contractors I've ever dealt with. He returns phone calls promptly; he shows up when he says he will; he freely gives advice without making you feel as if you're wasting his time. And, of course, the most important thing is that the quality of his company's work is excellent. I've received many compliments for our new railings with their unique texture and paint color. I had gotten other estimates. Although their prices were less, the quality of the sample railings that they showed me was not as good as the ones that Iron Age installed. I strongly recommend this company.

Excellent....needing railings installed to help an elderly tenant.  Work was done within two weeks (who doesn't want it done sooner, but summer is a busy time for contractors), done well.  Very pleased.

The job went without a hitch and less than two hours to install the railings from start to finish. It is RARE nowadays to have the contractor who wrote up the contract to also be the MAIN worker involved with the project. Larry, the contractor/owner of the business, is very professional in every sense. He brought samples of the types of materials he works with as well as a catalog book showing various styles of railings. He also has a web site for viewing the type of work he does. If I were to list all the details, I would be writing War and Piece with no negative comments. Amen.

Larry, the owner of Iron Age Construction, came to our house three times and he was prompt each time. The first time he arrived with photo albums for my wife and me to look through for ideas. After choosing some possible designs, Larry made some of his own suggestions. Regardless of the design we would choose, he gave us a price that I felt was fair. After we called him with our chosen design, he returned about a week or so later with the unpainted railings for a fitting. Approximately two weeks later, he returned with the finished railings and installed them. Everything went smoothly and the railings look great. Larry is a very nice person, pleasant to talk with and seemingly willing to listen to customers' concerns. By the way, I found this company on Angie's List. One other company that I had found on-line told me that they don't do indoor railings and another company that I had called never returned my phone calls. I'm glad I used Iron Age Construction.

He arrived on time - was efficient and professional.

The vendor provided an estimate for installation of the wrought iron railings that would have the house with building codes. His recommendation matched what a home inspector have noted in a report. I was not there when the work was done and was g=wonderfully surprised when I did see the work. The work was very professional, looked stylist and at the same time was very strong. I have been blessed with four vendors who have done work over the last several weeks that are professional; do it right the first time.
