Very nice and punctual.  Two people arrived and I quickly got an estimate.  The price felt about right  because I assumed it would be around 3 hours of labor with minimal parts.  I asked for their hourly rate (previously on the phone and again in person) and they danced around the subject.  I let it go.  All of the work was done in 2 hours but the bill still matched the estimate.  The bill listed the work done but was not itemized  From my estimation their hourly rate is about is between $175 and $200 plus materials which feels a bit steep to me even for two people.  With the exception of a capped pipe that sticks out a tad too far (and will require a little extra work when patching the sheetrock) all of the work was very well done.
If you need good plumbing work done on time and on short notice, they generally seem to be available same day.  They are very professional and cleaned up everything when they were done.  If you want to save a few bucks, I would recommend shopping around and try to get an estimate over the phone or at least an hourly rate so that you know what you are getting into.

They were very cooperative to work with. They were very accommodating of our schedule changes. The two plumbers were very nice.

I was pleased and they do good work.

To start out from scratch and put in all of the plumbing they had to remove the Jacuzzi and reroute the pipes, so they really did an outstanding job.

We have used Hand R previously and always been pleased with the work performed.
First phase, they replaced a frozen main water valve and outside hose bib.
They returned once to disconnect the gas connection in preparation for replacement of cook top, sink and kitchen counter.
When we were ready for these to be connected, they returned the same day I called and completed this installation. They also completed the installation of a bathroom sink / drain.
As usual, Hand R was responsive to my calls, arrived on time and performed the work professionally and cleaned up the work area when done.

The water connection had broken sometime during the day when no one was home, and flooded the bathroom floor, soaked the downstairs ceiling and flooded the floor downstairs. Discovered around 7:00pm . Bob of Hand R was patient with this new homeowner who didn't know where the water shut-off was (turns out it was well hidden), and he came to the house within a half hour, turned off the connection, found the main shut-off valve, checked general condition of pipes, and arranged to have one of his plumbers out first thing in the morning to fix the problem. At 8:30am sharp the plumber showed up, the connection was fixed, and so far so good.

We were pleased with this company. They did good work. We had no problematic issues with them and although I can not remember at this time what we paid, we felt we received excellent services and we were very happy with them.

THIS COMPANY IS WONDERFUL. THEY RESPONDED TO MY CALL IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE PLUMBER GAVE TIPS ON AVOIDING PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. EVERYTHING HAS BEEN WORKING FINE.
