Fabulous service as always.  Dependable.  Have been using this service for years, and we never have any backup issues in our gutter drains anymore.  Highly recommend them.

Replaced shingles, paper and in one area sheathing. 
A couple of shingles on the other side of the roof were missed, a roofer returned the day after I notified Gary and replaced them at no additional cost to me. 
I would recommend Gary's work to anyone. I've been using him for 10 years or more.

They did fine, but I was disappointed in the high price. I later found out that a gutter cleaning for a home my size (admittedly on the larger side) was over $150 cheaper just a few years ago based on the previous owners records. I won't use them again, will get more estimates next time and not be pressured on the spot.

He came out on time and was a good price. It was great.

The next day I got on the roof and finished the job.I'm 75 years old.Gary missed out on a $20000 job because of his behavior.Another roofer told me it's a $325 job.I would never deal with Gary's Gutters again..

I combed through my father's files and found all the documents, including detailed descriptions of the job provided by your company in 2003-2004, totaling $35,465. For all these years, your company gave my father the runaround, not taking any responsibility for the repairs and insisting that this job was not on your company record and therefore never happened.
As a direct result of the lousy job done by your company, my parents lived for years with a leaking ceiling and walls with molds, to which my late mother was highly allergic.
With my mother's passing over a year ago, I took over the house renovation and contacted your company. You then gave me the same runaround, claiming that there was no documented proof and no trace of the job. You even stated that your company is not equipped to handle a flat roof.
Please examine the attached file, which includes job documents with detailed descriptions and receipts provided by Gary's Gutter and Roofing Service, Inc. Also included are copies of cashed checks that were written to you personally. I expect your company to finally take responsibility and pay for all the repairs once and for all.

His bookkeeping is either incompetent or dishonest. He often billed us twice for services for which he was paid many months previously. He always tried to raise the price significantly over what we paid in the past. Whenever we confronted him, he lowered the price to the going rate. He sends unskilled workers who do not identify potential problems. We switched to a new service and he immediately found a major and potentially dangerous problem with our chimney.

Several months ago I too had an unfortunate experience with Gary's Gutters. In the process of cleaning my roof (my home is 1000 sq. feet) some of the associated debris landed on the sides of my house and on my sidewalk. I subsequently spoke to him on the phone two or three times and asked him to stop by and check out my complaints and he seemed responsive.
I never saw or heard from Gary again. Since I had only contracted to have the roof done, whatever hit other surfaces apparently has become my problem not Gary's! (Hmm--was I expected to then contract to have the house cleaned?) I have been able to remove some of this debris, but it doesn't wash off as normal dirt would and much of it is not even exposed to rain water. Perhaps the aggressive power hose affixes the stuff on whatever surface it lands? I also discovered after the fact that I overpaid for the chimney repair work done, as mentioned by someone else, which work was only partially successful.

I value quality over cost; in this case it appears I lost on both counts--I overpaid for incompetent, careless work from a sleazy contractor. If only I had consulted Angie first!

I called because a hole developed in the underside of the roof. They came right away, climbed up on the roof and did an inspection. To my surprise they found quite a bit of damage we didn't expect. What I liked was that they took pictures to show us and they did a whole roof inspection, not just where we had the problem. In fact the gentleman who gave us the estimate was so concerned he called Gary and told him he needed to start that day which they did.
The work progressed fine, I was in contact with Gary from the conference I was at whenever we needed to be. He's a nice guy! And now we no longer get a shower outside our front door during rain storms!
I have only 2 complaints: one is that they forgot to fix the original problem I called them for so the job wasn't finished for another week. I had to tell them the hole was still there. I must say, though, the workmen they sent to finish the job had guts and determination. In spite of the weather that moved in they finished and it looks fine.
Second, they left the trash, bagged, but left it for me to put out with my trash.
But overall, they do good work, are easy to work with, and I would use them again.

As it turns out, our garbage men would not take the project debris. I called Gary and someone came right away and picked up the trash. They may make mistakes but they do fix them.

Guards installed in about 12 hour. Price better then 1 expected and so was the quality. Very satisfied in around.

They do a good job. We called them yesterday and they came today. The man was pleasant and did the work. He's not cheap, but it's good work.

While costs were higher than another estimate and the necessary but painful cost overruns not really anticipated, they had the entire job completed within 4 days of their estimate being made. The crew chief was very honest about some further wood damage that resulted in some increased material and labor costs. The crew was very serious about the job, worked very hard, were fast, and by all appearances did high quality work. When they left, the site was absolutely spotless and the construction waste dumpster was removed before the laborers left the job site. After everything was done, I found only one (1) nail on my lawn! In comparison, the last roofing job I had done 23 years ago, I was finding large amounts of nails for months afterward. It was without doubt a fast, efficient and very clean job executed very professionally.

It was all done in about 15-20 minutes.

Stay clear of Gary

The ice clips he installed on the metal roofing were installed correctly and have worked well, but he was also contracted to repair gutters which he did not do and then demanded full payment. When I insisted that he complete the repair he sent a third party contractor who tried to upsell me on replacing the gutters which I did not want to do, I just wanted the gutters repaired. When I refused to have new gutters installed the guy returned and repaired only one section of the gutters completely ignoring two sections of gutter that requried repair. . . . Finally had to do the repair myself. . . . Refused to pay invoice until it was adjusted for the work not done took two years before he finally adjusted the invoice. . . . .

I generally use them every year. They do exactly what they say within a day or two of when they say they will do it. They don't leave a mess behind. I figure if they show up and do what they are supposed to do without any issues I am okay with that. They are prompt and reliable. My neighbor used a company that was less expensive but they are a local company and do what they are supposed to do.

Not good. The first time I called them ( Think it was in 2008 ) I had to call them back to complete the job. I thought maybe that was a misunderstanding. However the second time I used them ( 2/09 ) I also had to call them back. When a technician came back he informed me that for the low price they quoted he could not clean all the gutters. The price would be double. What they do is give a lowball quote for basic gutter cleaning services then only clean gutters that can easily be examined. How many of us take out a ladder and check the gutters on the top floor of a 2 story house? We expect work we contract for to be completed. I would have paid more or even the "doubled" price had I been quoted that in the beginning. Now I wouldn't use them at all,, not even for free.

Work was completed on schedule with no issues... if you have an outdoor hose / water spout, understand that it may be used to help them flush the gutters.
