I hired Vinnie to install two anderson windows in my bedroom. One week after installation, the caulk around both windows started to dis-color. I spoke with him on numerous occasions, being told that he would come back to re-chaulk the windows. However, he never did return.

From beginning to end, Vinny is a professional. He discussed any issues, cost, ideas, things that could cause problems.  Purchase made through Windowrama. Vinny was recommended by customers there, and sales clerk who has known him for many years. Excellent job. Plan on calling him again to install interior French door, and will be discussing moulding options.

Windows were ordered from Windowrama, once decision made, Vincent came to measure and also provided some advice on type of window and handled communication with Windowrama.  Once windows arrived, he made appointment to install.  He and assistant were on time and worked efficiently.  They removed window weights, installed windows, and installed exterior and interior trim.  He also installed exterior trim on exterior back door to cover up old colored trim.  He also installed quarter round for newly sanded floors on 2 floors and delivered the quarter round earlier so that I could stain it prior to install.  he pointed out issue in sun porch with quarter round not adequately covering space, so he suggested a wider molding which looks much better.  All work was very professional and everything was cleaned up nicely.  Job was completed at quoted cost.

Windows were purchased through Windowrama, once I made decision on type of window, Vincent came to measure and communicate with Windowrama.  Once windows arrived, Vincent made appointment to install.  He and an assistant were on time and very professional.  Work was completed as quoted and they cleaned up everything nicely.   A very professional job, I have had many compliements both on the interior and exterior.  The window insulation has made a huge different in both warmth and street noice reduction.  In the basement the built up window frames have eliminated water seepage.  Vincent also provided some instruction on staining the wood.

The workers came on time. They worked and didn't take breaks or lunch and were polite and courteous. When they finished jobs they vacuumed all debris from inside and even vacuumed my deck.
