Excellent prices and service. Ray the proprietor even stopped by the house after installation was complete and he wasn't happy with the finished product, so he sent an employee back to make adjustments.

I had found County Carpets on Angie's list and although I was not yet ready to have work done at my house, I stopped by the store (only about a mile from the house) and was tremendously impressed with the selection of floor coverings available and the courtesy and knowledge of the sales staff. Several weeks after my visit, my daughter wanted to carpet the house where her daughter would be relocating and together we visited the store. The owners explained that they would come to the house, take all the necessary measurements and kep them on file, should we decide to use their services and the cost of this was zero (other carpet stores would measure for a fee and apply that fee should you puchase). My daughter explained to them what kind of useage the carpeting would have to withstand, young child, cat and dog. For two of the rooms she was directed toward the remnant section where she made selections and then was assisted with selecting carpeting that would be appropriate for a larger room.  The installation team was efficient, neat and polite.

This was our 3rd purchase from Ron at County Carpet. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant in answering all our questions about the carpet and the installation. The selection of carpet remnants is really good and we found a suitable remnant in one visit. The carpet installation service is excellent. The initial appointment is confirmed and the installers arrive within the designated time window. The installers work expertly, efficiently, and neatly. Each of our projects were for empty rooms without carpet, so the installations were done within an hour.

WE KNOW WHO THEY ARE, AND WE HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE VERY GOOD, AND THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEIR PRICE IS RIGHT, AND THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE CARPET DOWN THERE OR ON THE STEPS.
