Matt was highly recommended to us so we gave him a call when our heater stopped working. Matt instantly knew what the problem was and fixed it. Terrific customer service, reasonably priced and a true expert. Furthermore, Matt checked in the following week to make sure all was well.

Mathew from Climate Control is the BEST in the business. He won't overcharge your or tell you that you need something you don't. He's honest, prompt, friendly, quality work and I will always refer him to anyone that needs his services. Good honest servicemen like him are hard to find. He answered my call on the Fourth of July weekend when no one else would help me and we had a horrible heat wave.

Overall... Not well. Called a different company and getting it fixed without a problem.

The last service was free because the technician installed the air conditioning system and for whatever reason the heater wasn?t working. So he came back and hooked up the heater, but didn?t charge me anything. He was very neat and clean which was an extreme requirement for me because I am really particular about my house and I have white carpets too. So he was very conscientious about that. He runs a small operation. He is on his own with some helpers along with him. You don?t get all the benefits of a big company. He does a good job and doesn?t make a mess. He came and installed the unit. I would tell people to at least get an estimate from him. I didn?t have any problems with the quality of his work.

I got several estimates and his was one of the lower ones. The owner is Matt Zugibe and he was great. He completed the job in one day. He was really good and he did it for less. I would recommend him and he is very experienced and has been in the business for a long time. He doesn't believe in overcharging people or charging them for things they don't really need. He seemed like a really honest guy. I would definitely call him for any follow up or maintenance.
