The plumber was a friendly and forward guy. We just purchased a new home and while the house remained empty (before we moved in) freezing temperatures caused our pipe connected to water hose to crack and burst. The result was gush of water pouring into our basement. He came to our home within 30 min of our phone call and fixed it immediately. Excellent service and we will use them again.

It was a difficult repair since the faucet is somewhat old.  Brendan had to leave to get parts but was able to complete the repair the same day.  I have used BMC for all my plumbing and heating maintenance since i moved into my house in 1998.  They have been reliable, professional and always do a quality job. 

Work went well both times. In April they changed the kitchen sink tail pipe, shutoff valve and in June they changed kitchen faucet, sprayer and valve outside.

This is a wonderful father-son business that we have faithfully used for 20+ years.  They always respond promptly, do an excellent job, at a fair price, & are clean & polite workers.
We have hired them repeatedly, for jobs both large & small.  Everything from: sewer-line snake cleanout, hot water tank replacements & sump pump installations, (twice, over 15 years), replacement of a tub, replacement of two sinks, shower & nozzle installation, and any other problems we ever encountered from the previous owners' home-job plumbing.
BMC Plumbing has our highest recommendation.

The work went well - they were on time

They were very good and kept coming back until the job was resolved. They also recommended someone to us to take the wall down and see where the pipes were having an issue.

Recently Ive felt the prices were too much. We wdiscusseds and made an adjustment.

Brendon has been great. He even came out late at night this recent visit to assist my elderly parents when the water heater broke.

They did very well. They were timely. They were clean. They held to their quote. They were very responsive. He has a paging serving, so you page him and he calls you back. He is very attentive to that.
