ALL POINTS MOVING & STORAGE

First they packed us and they brought used boxes ?which should not be the case because the army pays them to use new boxes. They were not very accommodating from the start. Half the people didn?t know what they were doing, and we?ve had 17 moves (army family). We had to call the supervisor about them using used boxes and supervisor told us they don?t have new ones on the truck ?I told them they needed to go back to their warehouse and get new ones, I didn?t care if the move took another day for this to happen. This was the nightmare of all moves. The driver that was leading the team never even got out of the truck. They pick up people on a corner somewhere that isn?t part of their original team, -I was able to get enough information from these people to discover that they were never trained. Instead of hanging things in garment boxes properly ?they dropped them in the bottom. When they unloaded our truck, our driver was standing on top of our piano to reach boxes. We had to call army inspectors and tell them to stop. The driver was swearing at us because we asked him to not stand on our piano. The guys that were moving didn?t know what they were doing, didn?t know how to bring things up the stairs. They damaged walls in our house, damaged corners trying to get furniture up the steps. We had to have them leave an armoire downstairs because they didn?t know how to move it and I didn?t want them to damage anything else. They damaged multiple pieces of antique furniture and I can?t even remember all that they damaged. We had to call another moving company to be able to complete the job for us. This was a nightmare move. They broke every rule in the moving book.
