You will not beat his prices and the effort he puts in blew me away.
The ordering process seemed to go very slowly and more problematic than I thought it should. Of note, the areas that seemed to be the most difficult to deal with were the stone tops and the hardware (knobs). I was soon to find out the reason for that.
Because there was so much difficulty in ordering tops, we ended up going to a custom granite and marble shop. And, as it turned out, the price of the granite and marble shop was cheaper than what was being quoted through Think Kitchen / Kitchen and Baths Corporation.
When the vanities were delivered, they were missing some of the hardware. I asked the sales person/owner, Roman Hennessy, about it, and received nothing but arguments and accusations that it was somehow my fault. Rather than argue, I simply asked him if he could send me what was needed and I would pay for any additional costs. I thought, "Why argue over what will likely amount to less than $15?"
The work on the granite top took a lot of time. I finally called Roman and asked when it would be delivered. During that conversation, I was surprised by Roman's announcement that we would have to find an installer for it. Really?!? Any other shop that offers granite tops usually does the installation too... and it's included in the price (see my glowing review of Superior Marble and Granite). But not Roman. The morning of the scheduled delivery, he dropped another surprise on us... we would now have to pay for the granite top with a certified check. Despite that inconvenience, we complied. When the delivery man showed up, he unveiled a granite top that looked as thought it had been cut and polished by a junior high school metal shop class. In fact, the backsplash was cracked in half and - get this - glued back together!!!! We obviously sent it back without payment and washed our hands of Roman and his company.
In short, if you want a nice vanity on the cheap, that's all you will get through Roman. No extras. No hardware. No counter top. I liken my experience with him to climbing Mount Everest with a sherpa who has a bad sense of direction.
"Think kitchen is a retail store. We are selling products for kitchens and baths. Our company do not offer any installations. Mr. [Member Name Removed] signed a contract with both letters just above his signature: INSTALLATION NOT INCLUDED. Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s counter-top was custom made and was not defective, just Mr. [Member Name Removed] refused to pay the driver for the according to the contract. Mr. [Member Name Removed] was very disrespectful and arrogant to my driver, tried to force my driver to install the counter-top in his house."
