Used this company for two years. First year was fine. The second year they began to price gouge for chemicals and couldnt keep my pool water clear. Then I asked them to fix my pool liner which they repeatedly neglected to do. This led me to approximately $800 in repairs. I had to discontinue using them due to their inability to keep up with their promises and the over charging for chemicals you already had available. On another note, as a customer, I would have at least expected an apology from them, but they didn't and simply came off as too busy to be interested at all.

Ray was amazing. He called me at 8 am, he was here before 11 am. Because another company had half closed my pool and left a half loop lock cover half on and half off on the pool. Ray responded immediately to my dangerous situation without any prior client service, he came out of the blue. He finished closing the pool that another company had started. He gave me some helpful pool tips. He was responsive, informative and did the job thoroughly and quickly at a very fair price.
