Guy came out after 10 pm on a Sunday to fix my gas burner. He had to return to complete the extensive repairs needed on Monday. Very professional and courteous. Definitely recommend. I live in Florida and my friend on Long Island, she called and said her water heater was out on her birthday and she didn’t have the money to get a new one. I told her I’d find someone and help her. Gus at Rizzo was the best, I explained the situation and that I was not going to be able to handle any hidden charges that he should give a fair estimate up front since my friend would not have any money to pay more. He did an excellent job for her, he was professional and honorable and she had hot water the same day. I was very happy and she was happy with the work. They updated her system and got it all working for a better price than she had been quoted when she looked!
