Rain Doctor Sprinkler

Excellent! Changed 4 sprinkler heads and now everything works great!

We recently widened part of our driveway. Unfortunately the part we made wider is where ALL the in-ground sprinkler pipes start and end. The Driveway guy ended up cutting about 6 or more pipes, which made about 12 pipes just sticking up out of the ground.. Problem was driveway guy lifted the now cut pipes on both the inner and outer part of my driveway plus cut a wire to a second clock we have in our garage with backyard zones. So now nobody knew which pipe connects to which pipe, as there were pipes sticking up everywhere. Long story short I checked here on Angie's list and noticed Doctor Rain Sprinkler had straight A's but seemed all the prices he had charged for various jobs seemed WAY less than other sprinkler companies where a similar job was mentioned. ?I called Mr. Lee and he quickly came over next day for an estimate. All went well..he had a great price and seemed to be a very nice guy. We decided to use him and about a week later he showed up on time with a helper. Long story short..as my system is quite old I ended up needed a few more parts than the original estimate but I could see with my own eyes certain parts were worn or leaking so he wasn't trying to sell me anything. Matter of fact, his prices on these parts were beyond reasonable. Mr. Lee is a nice man..with a friendly smile and more than that, he knows his stuff!! He finished the job in 3-4 hours where it seemed to me he nearly had to do 1/2 a new installation.? He helped me set my two clocks as far as each zone goes..everything is now working and Mr. Lee is fantastic!! If I could give him 6 stars I would. I truly believe his prices are 1/2 of what others may charge but his work is A++. In a word...GREAT!

He was responsive, dependable, reliable and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell more services. He also did the job expediently.

He is very good and I am very happy with him. Whenever we call he comes. He is a very pleasant guy and comes on time. He charges a fair rate. We had another person before come out and told us a sprinkler wasn't working and we would need to replace the whole line for $600.00. We called Rain Doctor Sprinkler and he came out found the leak and fixed it for $35.00 so we use him now. I will be calling him back in the spring to turn system back on.

Did a very good job and does awesome work, however he is very hard to get a hold of . That is my only problem.

Great. Arrived on time, did all work as promised and afterwards the yard was cleaned up so well you couldnt even tell that work was done. Referred to a neighbor and he was very happy with the price and results as well.

They were professional. They came out on time and did the job very quickly.

We've been calling on Mr. Lee to repair occasional leaks in our old system for about 20 years, and he has always done the work promptly and for a reasonable price. He's also pleasant, thoughtful, and professional. This year we finally decided on a new system, and Mr. Lee completed the job in less than a full day and patiently gave us a tutorial on the control settings. The price was right and he and his crew cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend Rain Doctor.

The work was fine. I don't remember the price but I don't think their cost was excessive. I will use them again in the future.

The company the had installed our sprinkler system went out of business. We searched the list and found Rain Doctor. We called him on a Tuesday evening and he came the following day. He was prompt and professional. We will not hesitate to use this company for all of our sprinkler needs.

Very well. Mr. Lee has been doing this for many years and knows his business. I had an above ground pipe that was broken and he explained it was better to bury it. He replaced the pipe and buried it. Then he checked out the entire system and fixed heads where necessary. I was very pleased with the work he performed.

I called and left a message on the voicemail asking for a callback. I promptly returned a callback. An appt at my convenience was made for him to come to give me an estimate on my sprinkler system which had not been used in two years. I knew the system was leaking. He looked at my system and explained it to me. I made an appt for him to come to do the work. He explained that at least one elbow needed to be replaced. He called to reconfirm the work appt a few minutes before the appt. so that I would know he was coming. When he came he further explained the system. Even though it is an old system, he explained the differences between my system and a new system. At no time did I feel pressured about modernizing my system which does the job. They were very neat while working and answered all my questions.

The price is very reasonable for the quality of work that they do. They are always here when they say that they will be and they do a great, neat job on my sprinklers. I like that none of my landscaping was disrupted and that he left the job as clean as one could hope.
