Description of Work: Had a leak under sink as a result of loose connection on valve. Tom,(owner) spent approx18 minutes in my home. Fixed the problem. He did NOT want to accept any money from me for services. I think that in itself is the sign of an honest knowledgable professional. He, in addition to fixing this problem, fixed the connection under my new stainless steel fridge rec'd 2 months ago. I have been unable to have anyone come to my home from manufacturer(I shall not name). Again, water line was inproperly installed by installer. Tom, replaced with a part costing $4.00. Where do you find such people like Tom. He is awsome. !!!!!
