Price was good, did overall a good job, but when pain dried some streaking occurred, and when I emailed them they never responded. That was our only really disappointment.

Execellent experience every time. Kosta and his crew do great work to near perfection. Always on time and does what he says he is going to do. Never hit me up for unneccesary extras. They work quick and they were clean.
He had previously put an 18x18 extension on my house ( about 8 years ago) and the work was fantastic.
Summer 2011 he built me a great shed in the back yard.
In the fall we decided to finish the 1 st floor of my home. We did two bedrooms, the hall, stairs and living room. All new windows, insulation, sheetrock, paint, molding plus the fireplace was completly redone. They also rebuilt my front stoop becuase it was sinking and falling apart.
The total job took about 3 weeks to complete, they were lucky that the weather did not interfere.
Kosta set out a fair payment schedule , with payment being made at each pre specifed completion.
His price was very resonable for the amount of work he did, and he didn't try to take advantage every time I made a change or addition.
Overall I and my wife are very satisifed with his work. We are scheduling a bathroom remodel with him just as soon as we have more money. I would recommend him to anyone who asked.
