Kay Cleaners

We used Kay Cleaners previously in a larger house we were renting and also in our current house. They came the days they were supposed to, however, the time would vary. This wasn't an issue if we were out of the house for the day, but it was hard to plan my day if I was going to be home since I didn't know when to expect them. I would only rate their thoroughness as fair. There was often dust or dirt left behind furniture or behind places throughout the house, however, they would seem to spend an inordinate amount of time rearranging things in our bathroom. We decided that we were finally unhappy with their service when the owner acted defensively when we expressed dissatisfaction in how our bathroom had been cleaned. She assured us that the surfaces had been cleaned/disinfected, which we believed, however during their tenure cleaning our house, they allowed yellow water stains to accumulate in our bathroom fixtures. They never communicated the necessity to use a more abrasive cleaner until we asked them about it and even after we gave them permission to use the abrasive cleaner we had in our house, they did not use it. They also consistently failed to listen to our instructions to replace garbage bags in the bins throughout the house. Overall, it was not worth the price they had been charging, so we found a new company.
