Workers arrived later than scheduled, but I had received a phone call that they were going to be a little late, so no problem there. They were both polite, friendly, and pleasant. They tested the furniture to make sure the cleaning would work w/out harming the fabric. They worked diligently and completed the job in a timely fashion. My couches and carpeting look great! The workers were very nice. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

It went very well. They're very good. They usually come out around Christmas time. They're very quick and definitely responsive.

Everything went very well:

• Made the call on 12/14/11 and scheduled the service for 12/21/11.
• Workman arrived on schedule
• He took over when he arrived - moved all the furniture, cleaned LR rug as needed.
• As he was completing the LR rug, I asked about doing stairs and upper hallway. He responded to doing the extra work very quickly and completed the work within the time frame to suit my schedule.
• Cleanup and removal of all equipment was very complete.
• The total project cost was $250.

I found them on the net. My friend had hired them to clean out a carpet which was so difficult to have mess removed from. They looked like new. I decided to try them out. The cleaners, who came to my mother’s house made a mess, and had to get the furniture out. Friendly Chem-Dry came and got the stains out that I could not remove with simple market carpet cleaners. They were really good. Some of the stains were old and been there for a while. We had been moving a lot of furniture outside the house. Honestly we had tried everything we could. It didn't work. I thought that if they had cleaned my friend's carpets, they could do it for me. They cleaned it nicely and it looks lovely for showing the house for sale. One of the bedrooms had a lot stains on the carpet. It was so embarrassing and I could not throw a scatter rug to hide the stains. It is nice to have it gone. The spots on the stair rugs have all gone. The stair rugs look fresh, clean like brand new carpet. They have a package for $139 for two rooms. It went beautifully overall. They are very professional, they brought in their machinery, and they were very care taking about the spots. They kept coming back with all sorts of solutions depending on what the spots are and they are very careful about what they use and what would take out the particular thing they were working on. They explained that to me and I could see the results in front of my face. The spots were disappearing. They said that they get a lot of training which is why they know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend them. Their price is good and the best part is that the results are spectacular.

They are excellent. Price reflects 2 jobs of different sizes.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH FRIENDLY CHEM-DRY WAS GOOD. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH MOVING AROUND THE FURNITURE. I CANNOT MOVE IT. THEY WERE FAST, EFFICIENT AND ON TIME.
