We had used them for several years. When we aked them to complete a project (leveling the area over the front lawn after septic installation) we were given a quote. After he performs the job the cost was nearly 500 dollars higher than originally quoted. Despite several requests he was not able to substantiate why it was that much more and went back to the original price. (This is despite him saying he had receipts etc.) This was after MONTHS of unanswered phone calls and Keith, the owner, evading conversatiosn regarding this. If the job was that much more, he should have had a conversation with us during/prior to completing the work. However, I do think he was attempting to pad the bill. In addition over the years I do think he billed for weeks where his guys didn't actually show up. His billing is always off and hard to keep track of. We had asked him not to do a spring clean up, he proceeded to do so and attempted to bill us for it. When we asked him about it, he said his guys came to the house by mistake. ALl in all when there is an issue he evades your calls and avoids responding. If you need someone to cut your lawn weekly he is ok, but honestly there are many other options out there that are much more professional.

They are very good. The owner will do anything I ask and they are very reliable. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them.
