Done By Simon has worked on my house and did created an amazing art work by changing my little ranch into a big colonial house. I use to have a small ranch with 3 small bedrooms and 1 bathroom. He did knocked out the whole house and extended 15?x 60? from the back with new foundation. He did rebuild a new house with full second floor about 3800 square feet with 7 bedrooms with new hardwood floors and 5 bathrooms with Jacuzzis and 10?foot high ceilings. He also builds a walking shower to my handicapped mother. He did fully complete all the bathrooms with wall to wall porcelain tiles and granite. He installed an eat-in-kitchen with cherry cabinets with granite island and round granite countertop. He has installed all new Andersen windows and 3 Andersen French sliding patio doors with 60?x20? cedar deck attached. He did all architectural roofing and stucco all around the house. He also installed all recess lighting to the whole house, installed all new base board heating systems with new boiler and hot water tank. He will soon start working in our basement, help us redesign it and rebuilt it, utilize all the space efficiently. Simon is honest, reliable and professional. He is in site both to perform and to supervise the work. He has very high standards and will not consider any project finished until he is satisfied with the results. Simon and his workmen were unfailingly courteous, cooperative, and efficient. I have been able to leave the house unattended by any family member, whenever he is working on a job, without having any concerns. All of the work has been completed to our satisfaction in an efficient, clean and on a timely basis. I found Simon?s estimate to be competitive with other contractors, and all work specified in the contract has been performed on the terms agreed upon. I have no hesitation in recommending Simon, to others because of his care, full attention to details and quality of his workmanship.
