It seemed the young man he had come do the work was an apprentice. Had no basic parts on the truck. Had to keep going to hardware store to purchase basic items. Charged me $90 in parts that totaled up to about $25 at the local hardware store. Even charged me for the time he needed to go and get the parts! Will not use or recommend again! Total feeling of being ripped off!

Bob and his crew were great. Bob promised the work would be done in two days and it was. Everything he said he would do, he did.
