In the contract, they set a deadline which they were able to meet in a timely manner. The owner offers 20 plus years of experience. Each day during the six week span of time, the crew showed up on time. I truly appreciated their willingness and commitment to stay at the job until it was completed. I was well informed throughout the entire process from beginning to end. The owner dealt with all the city permits and inspections they were required. He is truly a person who works towards solutions in a correct manner. The company offered a competitive price as well. I had an architect design the project.
Description of Work: They built a second story addition measuring 1200 square feet. This was added on to my existing ranch home. They completed the exterior by forming the structure, framing it, and by installing siding, windows, and shingles to the new roof line. It took them 6 weeks to complete the project.
