Mike Rendazzo promised a lot but never delivered. He neglected to write up a contract or to tell us he worked for a home improvement company and was not an independent painter. He agreed to a specific date to fit our tight schedule but missed that date by 4 days. He promised 3 coats (a primer and two coats of our choice) but tried to get away with a primer and one coat not of our choice. He promised to all the painting himself but brought a novice to assist him. He promised to fill and sand between coats and did not. He promised to also paint a new sliding closet door but did not. He promised to shellac the new door saddles but did not. He said he required $100 at time of contract but then insisted on $400 before he started. He said he would supply all the paint but we had to buy 2 gallons ourselves. He promised to do careful, neat work but generally arrived late and worked fast so he could leave early and the work reflected the rush job he did.

THE WORK IS IMPECCABLE! I WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED, HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. HE IS VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT HIS WORK, AND TRULY LOVES WHAT HE DOES. HIS IDEAS ARE GREAT, AND HE'S GENEROUS WITH TIME, AND WORK.
