We got his name from a friend who had used him for ice removal on his metal roof and so we called and scheduled an appointment. When they arrived they climbed up on the roof early in the morning without telling us they were there. When I heard them pounding on the roof I went out and told them that was enough but they continued pounding with a hacksaw to get the ice off. When the snow melted a few days later several of our shingles fell off the roof and we realized they had damaged the roof. When we called them back to re-mediate the situation they told us our roof was old and they offered a discount for a new one. We ended up needing a new roof after the damage and went with another company to replace our roof a few years ahead of schedule. We felt that they did not deal adequately with our concerns as they never took responsibility for the damage and never offered to refund any money.
