They were reliable. They were good. I can't say they were outstanding. I can't say anything bad about them but it's just a normal service. I think it was a little pricey.

They came the same day.  Michael was professional and pleasant.  He replaced the leaking connectors and cleaned up when he was finished.  I was very pleased.

It was very reasonable. My experience was very good. They arrived on time, they did the test with no disruption, and they were very neat, clean, and very friendly. They were also willing to check other things for me while they were here and gave me estimates on possible future projects. They are a good reliable and reasonable company.

I had been dealing with a number of sluggish drains that I was unable to clear myself, manually or with Drano so I thought it was time to contact a local business and let the professionals do it right. Joe (a.k.a. "Joe Quick") came to my home and was able to easily and quickly clear up all these issues, while explaining what he was doing (which I really appreciate). His knowledge of plumbing problems in old homes was evident and he cleaned up completely when finished. Also seemed like a genuinely nice man, and honest, which is always appreciated.

We had just moved into our new home and needed a few of our radiators looked at because they seemed to be leaking. I noticed the name of Senid Plumbing on a sticker that was on our water heater so I figured they are familiar with the house. I called Senid and asked if we could have a plumber come out and look at our radiators and give us a quote on how much it would cost to fix or to let us know if they even need any fixing. They said that a plumber would be at our house in the morning and they gave me a window of time of 9am-11am. I arranged for my mother in law to stay home with my 2 year old to wait. They waitied and waited and waited. I called Senid at 11:30am and they said the plumber named Miguel is stuck at another job and he will be another hour. That came and went. After back and forth phone calls and my kid being stuck in the house, finally Miguel showed up at around 4pm. Once he arrived, he looked at the radiators and gave us a quote of $550 without explaining much and also said that he cannot do any of the work that day (due to it now being so late). Needless to say, I called another plumber who came over, gave me a quote and did the work easily and beautifully for $250.
A month later an invoice arrived from Senid for a and quot;Service Calland quot; charging $127.38.
I called and spoke with their rude secretary who said that she will speak to her boss. I never heard back but 3 months after that I received ANOTHER copy of the same bill. I called and spoke to the same horrible mannered secretary who said that the plumber and quot;should have told us that they don't give free quotes but they will NOT be voiding the invoiceand quot;.
I will not be paying this invoice, but I would advise anyone to stay far far away from this crooked and bad mannered company. They obviously do not know the concept of Customer Service. They also must not need any business since they don't care about losing customers.

Yearly tune-up and cleaning of furnace. The technician arrived on time and let me know everything he was doing.

We have mostly dealt with Miguel who seems to be the primary plumber at this company. Miguel is professional, extremely polite and always gets the job done. When we first bought our home, Miguel came by to check the plumbing in the entire house. He identified problem areas in our plumbing and discussed with us how much each thing would cost to fix. A few weeks later, we had a minor flood in our basement due to a clogged drain. Although it was very early in the morning, I was able to get Miguel on the phone rather quickly, and he soon thereafter he was able to send us a plumber. We would definitely use this company again for our plumbing needs.

Miguel respond within minutes of my call. He repaired the problem quickly and even had the necessary parts in his van. Miguel cleaned up after himself and was very professional. Price was reasonable considering I got a quote of $450 over the phone from Mirabile.

Called for a free estimate on Saturday, but
the person who called me back said they don't serve the Bronx; I called
back asking to send somebody who IS serving our area since the Bronx is
listed on their website's front page, and very irritated girl told me to
call back on Monday... If it starts this way it probably is not going
to end well; not going to use this company.

They did make an emergency call over the weekend, which we very much appreciated. They were very good. If we had had a problem, we would have no heat. They came late on a Saturday to fix it. They do offer emergency service over the weekend.

We are very happy with them. They are adequate and they respond when we have a problem. We've even had them come on a Saturday and they offer emergency service. We haven’t compared prices but we think they are appropriate. We've used them for many, many years.

THIS COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING THE CHIMNEY. THE REPRESENTATIVE WANTED TO DO SOME REPAIRS TO THE CHIMNEY THAT SHOULD NOT NEED TO BE DONE SINCE I HAVE CONVERTED TO A GAS FURNACE INSTEAD OF OIL BURNER.

I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I HAVE HAD NO FURTHER PROBLEMS WITH MY DRAINS BEING CLOGGED UP. THE REPRESENTATIVE MADE SOME SUGGESTIONS OF HOW TO PREVENT THE DRAINS FROM CLOGGING UP.

I WAS NOT VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAD TO CUT A HOLE IN OUR CEILING IN ORDER TO FIX THE LEAK WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THEY DIDN'T FIX IT OR CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

I FELT COMFORTABLE CALLING SENID'S TO FIX MY PLUMBING BECAUSE OF EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR WORK. I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT THEY WERE RESPECTFUL OF MY HOME AND DID A FINE JOB.
