When the plumber came he concurred with Lou that the leak was due to a leak from a pipe in the ceiling.

The house is surrounded by four trees, a White Birch tree, two Horse Chestnut trees and an Elm tree, all in excess of 100 feet tall. The land around the house lacks uniformity which makes the use of a ladder difficult. Despite these and other problems Kramers men performed excellent work. They were professional, polite, clean and efficient.

It went well. The only problem was the responsiveness of the answering service. Pricing was a la carte. I would have preferred service for the day plus materials.

They do all kinds of home improvements not just roofs, which was good. They were very clean. When a roof was done there was a lot of degree all over the place. They were just very good in cleaning up. They did a great job on the roof as far as I am concerned. The price was competitive.

He was recommended by three of my friends. They gave me an estimate and they did a very good job. They was clean and didn't rush the job. The price was firm. I felt his prices were fair. His workmen came promptly and put in a full day. I got value received.
