+ -1 moreExcellent experience! I called and spoke to Kathy at 8:30 this morning. She had someone (Jimmy) at my house by 10:30 to measure the toilet and by 12:00, Jimmy had come back with the new toilet and had it completely installed. He left the bathroom spotless and even asked for a cleanser to clean the floor after I told him it wasn't necessary. Before calling JAM, I was quoted $600 by four other plumbers and stood up yesterday by one who was willing to go down a little in price if I paid in cash. That plumber not only didn't show up for the scheduled appointment but never called or answered any of my calls to him. Thankfully, the plumbing supply store in my area gave me JAM's phone number. Both Kathy and Jimmy were awesome. Unlike the others plumbers called, Kathy was willing to give me an estimate over the phone. The price was much lower than anyone else's and the customer service could not have been better which is extremely rare these days.
Description of Work: Installed a new toilet and removed the old one from the premises.
