It is hard to imagine a contractor that would care as much about his customers as much as Kevin Heady did. Whenever a problem arose (and please expect them in any project) there was a calm discussion about possible solutions. The chosen solution was carried out and the project moved forward. We now have the beautiful bedroom and kitchen that we have wanted for years. Kevin showed up on time whenever we scheduled site meetings and was easy to reach and communicate with. While I had heard that contractors getting back to their customers was an issue, we never experienced this with Kevin. His demeanor and interaction with us was always professional. Perhaps the only negative I can point to is that the project took longer than we had anticipated but this also seems par for the course.
