+ 0 moreI am left with a large bill to fix this contractors error that he refuses to repair. He will not take phone calls from me . I will have to pay the $5000 out of my own pocket to fix this problem because I do not want anymore water damage in my basement.
Description of Work: Installed new flagstone patio next to the house with retaining wall. The patio was pitched toward house causing much water in the basement. The agreement was to pitch the patio away from house so that rain water would go away from house, this was not done. Tried to contact Mr. Manco to fix the problem but he would not return phone calls. I am now in contract with another mason to fix problem at a cost to me of $5000. The work was very sloppy, foot prints all over the stone in concrete, very large gaps in seems between flag stone. He brought the workers to my house in the morning, and left them to do job without any supervision. He is not very reliable,
