I chose to do business with the hem because he was genuinely interested in what I needed and how he would help, Our 1st call was brief however the follow up call was very professional. They arrived onTime communicated with me by sending pictures of the issue and the service they provided. I believe they went above and beyond sealing my skylights and while they were up there they cleaned my Gutters as a courtesy. I would definitely recommend this company Jorge was trustworthy and definitely capable.

Jorge Galvez completed the work as scheduled and in line with his estimate. The quality of the work was excellent. All around a good experience.

I was very happy to find someone who was willing to repair my slate roof. Other roofers told me to replace it with an asphalt roof.

Jorge was very thorough in explaining the problem on the roof leak and even initiated to oversee another repair needed in the chimney area. After we agreed on the costs of the repair which I found to be reasonable, the work was completed by his staff the following day. He shared with me pictures of the roof and chimney before repair and after work was completed. I commend Jorge; for his professionalism, fairness, efficient and respectful service in dealing with clients. I will definitely call on him again should another repair need arise and recommend his services to friends.

Summary: Took deposit and never showed up. Currently pending collections after court proceedings. Nightmare contractor, avoid at all costs. Detail: House needed an immediate window replacement, along with follow up work with brick pointing. Contracted Jorge (George) Galvez back in Feb 2019, where he took a deposit to place a window for the initial part of the project. Mr Galvez failed to show up on 3 separate instances with numerous bogus excuses (allergy, broken truck, daughters graduation), wasting me a lot of time. Mr. Galvez then went radio silent, not responding to any phone calls or texts. Took him to court earlier this year, where he did not show up; I received a default judgment in my favor, and pending collections which does not look promising given his dodgy business practices (I am a forensic accountant). Apparently he has a considerable legal rap sheet after researching his practice (just Google his name and company and youll see the various public court records). No doubt his handy work is good when he is motivated to do so (he was a referral from a friend), but he is an unethical, unreliable, and a nightmare of a contractor where youll be held at the mercy of his whims and leave you in the dust if he finds another project more worth his while.

Jorge, was extremely professional, reliable, diligent and fair. He listened, assessed the problem with precision. and then executed effectively. Additionally, Jorge and his staff, are very thorough whereby they worked tirelessly and they cleaned up the space. What I especially liked about Jorge is that he was very caring about the customers and he stands by the service that he provides. He followed up on the work by calling me to ensure that everything went well with the roof as it had rained extensively the following day. I expressed that I had some concerns. As a result, he came back a few days later, reevaluated the back roof and reinforced the roof just to make sure that there would not be any future issues. There has not been a problem with the roof and it is in perfect condition. I plan to use him for additional work that needs to be completed in the house.

George was very thorough assessing the problem. I had a leak from my roof. He covered all the possibilities and did a good job. His pricing was much lower than the previous estimate before him. I would use his services again

Very happy with job. It's gorgeous and it held up during TS Isaias. The price was very fair considering the extensive job. One day start to finish. They came back the next day for some final touches and to clean up. Jorge was on the job supervising. They were all very respectful of me and my property.
