It went very well and I like their service. They have a supplier and I think they did a low quality service.

They have delivered things in the past as well. They are prompt and courteous. Everyone there is always very pleasant and helpful.

First, Spencer answered all of my questions with patience.  He took me around the nursery to show me plenty of options and help me find plants that would work in my yard.  Then he helped me load them in my truck along with some soil amendments to help them grow better and happier.
Second, when I thought about my front yard and went back in, Sean helped me out by giving me some landscaper business cards so I could call someone reliable.  I checked them out here on angie's list and will be meeting with one of them next week.
Last, the selection was incredible and well marked, everything I looked at was very healthy looking and getting around the nursery was comfortable.  My back yard plants are doing great so far.  I can't wait to transform my front yard.

They supplied and planted three trees to replace several we had lost over the years.  Their nursery stock was impressive and the staff were extremely helpful in bringing us to the specimens we desired. We had some ideas of what we wanted before our visit, and they helped in offering other similar varieties, and other options, we did not feel rushed or pushed into our decision.  The delivery and planting took place just when they said it would, and was completed in a professional manner.  We were given easy to understand instructions on how to care for our new trees.  The only disappointment was in the communication between purchase and delivery.  As part of the process, they engage the services of utility locators to avoid digging into them.  the utilities were located in three days.  A week after they were located, I called to determine what their schedule was for the job, and was told the general information I had been told at the beginning, they would contact us in 7 to 10 days, after the utility service got back to them.  As it turned out, they called the next day, and set up delivery and installation for two days after.  In spite of this little glitch, I would definitely use this firm again and recommend them.

Their price is reasonable.  They have everything that we need when we doouts door stuff.  The staff is always really helpful.  They give a lot of good advice on planting for instance.  We had some clay soil that needs special attention when you’re planting things.  In fact we had some plants die that we had bought a year ago and they had a fifty percent guarantee, but there were no questions asked.  They told us what we might have done wrong and so they’ve been great.  I will use their services again in the future.

Everything goes well with them.  Even when plants die, they work with you to help you understand why and address the matter if its related to their plantings.  I've been using Troy's as my primary landscaping supplier since they opened (almost ten years) up on Route 9.  They are all the things you'd want them to be and more.  They know their products, they offer discounts to regular customers and they provide hands-on service.  Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and experienced in their field.  Their stock is always fresh and of high quality (though you can get expended perennials if you want).  I HIGHLY recommend them.  They are easily the best in the area. 

They are very good. They know their stuff. They have very good materials. They give you good advice. They are comparable to any other place. Their prices are very reasonable. I go there a couple times a year.

IT WAS FINE. WE ASKED FOR THE ROCK AND MULCH, AND THEY DELIVERED IT. ITS NOT LIKE ITS THAT COMPLICATED OF A JOB. THEY DELIVERED THE STUFF TO OUR HOUSE IN 2 BIG PILES.

THE JOB WAS VERY NICELY DONE. HE MADE SURE WE HAD A ENOUGH MATERIALS TO GET THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. WE ONLY HAD TO WAIT A COUPLE OF WEEKS. HE MET US FIRST TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WE NEEDED. HE WAS THERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE THERE. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

THEY WERE GREAT, THEY GOT HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE PRICE WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS EXPECTING, NO HIDDEN CHARGES. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, EVERYTHING THAT THEY DID WAS GOOD. THEY PLANTED TWENTY TREES.
