Stephen Hepp's Auto Service

Another great experience at Stephen Hepp's. I took my mom's 2003 Honda Civic for alignment servicing and to diagnose a rubbing noise. My mechanic, Henry, was great and told me the grinding was just a hydraulic line that was rubbing against a steering component. He also pointed out a power steering fluid leak--something I wasn't aware of. A friend also had positive reviews for Hepp's (brake line replacement) and they took care of my girlfriend when she brought in a used car for an inspection prior to her purchasing it (Henry found an oil leak the seller had not disclosed). Thanks again to Stephen, Henry and all the great folks at Stephen Hepp's!

Stephen and Ernie were great and suggested that a new splash guard was not necessary and saved me some money. Ernie also happily stated that Stephen Hepp's Garage is willing to work with customers who wish to use their own parts--something many other garages refuse to do. Thanks again guys, I'll definitely bring my car back to Stephen Hepp's the next time it needs servicing.

I have been using this shop for 3+ years on raving reviews from two friends. I trust Stephen and his crew 110%.
They did not let me down for my most recent repair, a flat tire. I called mid day and they told me to bring it in the next morning to diagnose whether they could fix the tire or not. I was feeling lazy and told them to just go ahead and order me a new tire without having seen the car but, per their M.O., they felt this wasn't fair and could end up costing me more than was necessary and so convinced me to bring it in for analysis. They diagnosed it was not repairable within 5 minutes of arriving (took me back to show me the tire) and said they'd call when the new tire was in. I got a call back that afternoon, and my new tire was on about 20 minutes after arriving, including a test drive they took it on. Fast, thorough, and honest. And they actually called me 2x about the tire arriving, as the first call went to voice mail and they just wanted to be sure I knew the tire was ready. (thank you, Ernie!)
All of my repairs follow this same story. My money has been flat out denied because a fix was "barely anything," Stephen told me very seriously that he doesn't operate that way...such an honest professional! He is always so polite and personable, remembers my husband and I by name and asks how the other is doing. The staff seems genuinely happy to be there. Yearly inspections are that much less of a headache because everyone is so accommodating. Pricing is great because he's so honest and fair with labor time. And all of the work done to our three vehicles has been top notch. One of our cars is a Saab, which can be a bear to find parts for and repair, but they do it with ease.
I am over the moon satisfied with this business!

The owner is pretty straight forward. He will come right out and ask me what is going on. He is very helpful. He treats you not just a number but he is very personable. He is not concerned about getting extra money but he is honest and personable. He does not insist on things that do not need to be replaced. I had a couple of issues but they were always able to rectify it.

he wasn't in business to waste his time or my money. The second time I wanted a tune-up because I never did one since I owened the truck. Again I was told he would change the plugs but the wires were in good shape and he would not waste my money. This young man is an honest business man in a field where there are so few.

He does great work at a reasonable price. He has got a great customer service and he is a real nice guy. I really don't have any complaints. I will use him again in the future and I am probably taking my truck back there this month.

On my last visit I had a wheel bearing replaced on the front driver side, the windshield wiper fixed, and had a U-joint replaced. I dislike nothing about them. They are very professional and responsive. The shop is very clean. The customer service is great and they are friendly. I can’t ask for more. I would use them again in the future.
