I thought the people were nice. They didn’t put everything back where it belonged when they were done. I had to ask a supervisor to do that.

ServiceMaster of Upstate NY never removed the odor, never finished the proposed work to remove the odor, drastically over billed my insurance company, damaged my modem, were reluctant to return phone calls, and tracked dirt and mud into my cottage which they never cleaned up. I use that cottage only on occasion so I had to leave ServiceMaster of Upstate NY a key. I trusted them to do work when I was not there and they did little or no work. I cannot tell they did any work. They moved several items around in my cottage and never put the items back were they found it. They left my cottage in complete disarray.

They, ServiceMaster of Upstate NY, never finished. They were supposed to finish in September, 2013.
