They were the first company to respond to us. Even though the response wasn't local they were fast. There were two companies that were recommended by our insurance company and they were one of them. That's how we got to them. I think they have a good arrangement and play well with our insurance company. When everybody was having flood trouble after Irene they were on the spot and fast. We had a major flood and there was heavy demand. They have two divisions (flood & fire). They ran out of their flood people so they sent over their fire people. They were on the phone a lot because flood wasn't their expertise. They sent what might be called the second string out. They did good work but they didn't have all the expertise because of heavy demand. The initial crew didn't have all the necessary expertise. They made some errors but they made up for them in the end.
