They are excellent and reliable. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again.

It went very well. I was particularly impressed with the lead (Forman?) individual on the job. He explained every aspect of what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He seemed to really enjoy his work.

The folks that came for the estimate and to do the install were professional and on time. The folks in the office were also easy to work office.

Service tech arrived when promised despite a rainy morning and went through all 5 zones adjusting where necessary. A leak was found and traced to a worn out sprinkler body which was replaced.

The work completed by Rainbow went very well, and we are completely satisfied. The company made the process effortless for my husband and I. We were not charged with the task of having to locate the electrical (ground) lines. They had a company do this a few days prior to installation. My husband was present when the work was completed, it took one day, and he said the guys were very professional. Due to the busy season, it was difficult to nail down a date for the service. However, working with Mary was a pleasure. And, anytime I spoke with someone, the professionalism was always top notch. My husband and I had a few contracts to review for the service. We chose Rainbow due to; having a date that was convenient for us, the price was the absolute best and the prework was done for us. This was important to us, as he and I both have been traveling for work. I am so glad by husband stumbled upon this company,. They made, what I thought was impossible, possible! $2,000 for new installation to replace an existing was well worth it!

Setting up appointment was quick and easy.
Day of the service the technician was punctual and friendly.
The sprinkler system was new to me so the technician also took the time to walk through the steps he was taking during the process. Explained everything to me, told me he would be on his way when he was finished and that was that.

I do not believe these guys really want any work - and here is why In 2011 I contacted them to come and look at and fix my underground sprinkler system. They came told me the controller was broken and there was nothing they could do to diagnose other problems but would get back on fixing the controller. Months and months later, I called them and asked why they had not been in touch. They apologized and said they were sending out their best person. He came and again said the controller was broken but would get me an estimate to fix everything. Nothing - heard nothing called them back they said the man had a heart attack (and it would seem no one took over his work). So they said they would send out their most experienced installer and he would give me an estimate. OK - so he came in the late summer of 2013 told me for a third time that my controller was broken band there were other repairs that would be necessary. He did some work arounds to test some of it. He told me it would be at least $600 to replace the controller and the rest of the work would be extra. I told him to tell folks at the office I wanted the work done and to have them call me regarding scheduling. AGAIN - NOTHING. That is three times they did not call to take my money. The last guy from Rainbow who came told me who he thought had installed the system. Giving up on Rainbow after three tries, I called the company the young man mentioned. They showed up on time gave me an estimate (they were indeed the folks who had installed it). The most painful thing I found out was that THE CONTROLLER WAS NOT BROKEN - IT WAS NOT PLUGGED IN. I guess if Rainbow has ever called me back they would have scheduled the work and charged by over $600 to replace it. So I guess it was a good thing they were so very bad about their follow up. Completely unreliable and very bad at diagnosing repairs. The company that did the work was great but they did have to fix some of the things Rainbow did to "work around the controller" since they could not figure out it needed electricity. They actually charged me money for their first visit too.

.Provider arrived on time with a high capacity air compressor, which he proceeded to use to blow all of the air out of the piping used in the underground irrigation system. He checked all of the sprinkler heads during the process, then made several adjustments per homeowner's request, to the sprinkler patterns. He explained several programming changes for next year's season. I'm extremely pleased with this company

Installers were nice enough, things went OK
I called them recently because one of the under ground lines had a leak in it. I asked for someone to come and take a look at it and that they should repair it at no charge to me.
I spoke to the women who was the husband of the owner. She informed me that they were very busy and would get back to me when they could. Also that it would cost me to have them come out to look at and fix my sprinker.
I called back several times and never did speak to the owner.
They never called me back
I ended up having to get someone else to come in and help me to repair the sprinkler system.
At the very least they could have given me a call back that would have been the professional thing to do.
I realize they are busy but it is my opinion they should stand by their work

I moved into this house a few years ago and the Rainbow sticker was on the sprinkler control box, so that's who I have called to winterize the system. They are punctual and reasonably priced.

See above as this is a recurring service I use (twice a year, every year).

I like that they come reasonably quickly. I had called them the day before and they were here the next day. He said he would be here between 2-4 and he got here at 3:30 which I guess is fine. I don't have any complaints. I used them for 8-9 years.

Excellent service. I recently moved into a new home with a sprinkler system. I have never owned a home with sprinklers....the system has over 40 heads and 11 zones. The rainbow tech came out and started up the system and even repaired a section of tubing that I accidentally severed after installing an "invisible" dog fence. Very responsive, friendly people to work with. Definately recommend!

I have used them for about 8 years and they are very dependable; they always come when you need them. They maintain my sprinkler system all year and I will use them again in the future.

They are very professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. I am really happy with their service. It has worked well. They are quick to come out, and they will be here when they say they will be. Their quality is excellent, and they are good at everything.

THEY DID A LOUSY JOB. THEY RUINED SOME OF THE LANDSCAPING THAT WAS DONE AND WHEN I CALLED ABOUT IT, THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT IT BUT THE OWNER NEVER CAME OUT AND NEVER CALLED BACK.
