I had concerns that the temperature in my refrigerator wasn't low enough, so they came to check it and they didn't find any problems with it. I have used them before. They were helpful, although when they came the second time, they said there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator. In the past they've replaced a part for us, so my experience with them has been positive. We are still having an issue with the temperature fluctuation. It is an older model refrigerator, so it is a question of how long before it needs to be replaced.

They were extremely responsive and Jeff arrived promptly. He diagnosed the problem and ordered a new circuit board to replace the original, which had blown. The company was kind enough to overnight the part and Jeff came back and installed it within a few days. Unfortunately the circuit blew again leading Jeff to believe the short was in the oven itself rather than the board. A new circuit board was ordered again and Jeff returned with his brother Gary because the ovens had to be removed from the wall and this required two people. When the back of the oven was exposed Jeff quickly diagnosed the short in the wires near the fan motor which was causing the problem. He repaired the short, reinstalled the new circuit board and the ovens were returned to the wall. Jeff was so pleasant to deal with and Chris in the office was also incredibly accommodating and the problem was solved to our great satisfaction. Since this service was provided through the manufacture's warranty we incurred no expense and we were grateful to Jeff for his dedication in returning several times to fix the problem. We will most definitely call New York Consolidated in the future if we need any appliances repaired.

Everything went very well. I was going on vacation the day after the washing machine died. There was no way they could come to repair the machine before my trip, but they were right on the job immediately after I got back. The repairman was efficient, friendly, and did a great job.

All personnel I came in contact with were very efficient and pleasant. I contacted the company and was offered an appointment the next day. I asked that it be as early as possible since I had an appointment at noon. I received a call back during the afternoon giving me a firm appointment of between 9 and 9:30am. The next morning, the technician called at 8:30 and arrived at 8:40am. I'm very impressed with the service and would not hesitate to recommend these people.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL. THEIR COST WOULD PERSUADE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY ARE REASONABLE AND UPFRONT ABOUT PRICING. I KNOW WHAT I'M GOING TO GET BEFORE THEY GOT THERE. THEY WERE THERE IN A TIMELY MANNER.

I'VE TRIED OTHER PEOPLE AND WHEN I FOUND THESE GUYS, THEY WERE GREAT. THEY WERE HONEST AND DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME OTHER THINGS THAT I DIDN'T NEED. I FELT THEIR PRICES WHERE A LOT BETTER THAN OTHER PLACES.
