Real Estate Service
Made a purchase from the proprietor and picked it up at the office. When I discovered parts (totally approximately $100 to replace) were missing, I contacted her asking her to either provide the parts (she indicated originally in writing that she had them) or to allow me return the equipment. She responded quickly, explaining they were there. When I sent pictures demonstrating they were not there, she stopped answering my emails.
