OVERALL IS WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IN OUR LIVES.... BACK & FORTH TO COURT, EXPERT WITNESSES, FILING FEES, COURT DOCUMENTS ETC..... TIME OFF FROM WORK... AND THE PURE ANXIETY OF IT ALL TOOK A TOLL ON MY HUSBAND AND I.    IT'S TOO BAD TOO, AS WE ARE NOW IN THE PROCESS OF MORE WORK BEING DONE AROUND THE HOUSE AND HE LOSES OUT ON ANOTHER $20,000.  PROJECT!  LOSER!!!

He attempted to do general repairs to roof, (which now leaks) repairs to gutters (which he leak and the water pours out over the edge and not the gutter) sidi9ng, which was put on totally no according to manufaturers directions. Which was a special order.... We took him to court, won a portion of our complaint. But try to collect... and it is impossible and the courts won't help you. In reviewing Brian Garrity's history, it appears he has TAX LIENS FROM THE IRS, NYS TAXATION & FINANCE AND MEMEORIAL HOSPITAL. So I was reminded that all of the above have precedence over me. So I am unable to collect. Not to mention all the money I spent trying to take him to court ! He's not someone you would want to do your repairs ! He also took some of our personal items (tools) our house plans, etc. He closed out all his bank accounts, just knowing that we would put a lein on it! From his past, apapre ntly has been doing this for some time now. Changes his address more than 15 times in the past several years ! What A Loser. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES!

Take it from me, you do not want this company doing anything for you. Nothing...

Absolutely horrible. Brian cut corners where there were no corners to cut. He completely forgot about our gutter covers ! And realized it when he came for final payment. We had to waite two extra weeks for the order to come in. When they came in he installed them within 1 hour! Upon looking at the product (which looked like he put brillow pad in 1 foot strips in out gutters. When questioned as to the product he insisted that it was the top of the line and we know what he was putting in! Never had any idea. During negotiations dor our contract, I indicated to BRian that I no longer want to clean another gutter again ! Ever... I'm 60 years old, and do not want to clean another gutter again! He assured me he had it covered. Once this product was installed, we checked it out on line. He just stuffed this stuff in our gutters and did not install to the specifications ! Which renders the product useless. When we brought this to his attention, he said why are you guys busting my b**** all of a sudden. My husband clearly stated that he would not be paid untill he returned and installed properly. He offered to take $600.00 off our price ! We indicated that all we wanted was for this product to be installed correctly. While we were waiting for our product to be installed correctly and noticing that it was not insalled properly, we decided to check out the information on our Specail Order Siding.. Hafdie Plank Siding. Special Order, very expensive. At this time we realized that he had not installed the siding according to specifications (voiding out any warranty). I contacted the Hardy Plank Company and they referred to me a provider (Installer) of the siding. He offered to come and look at it. He felt that there wasn't one ting correct about the installation. He indicated that the siding might not even stay up. Wouldn't be surprised if it actaully falls off the front of the house. He aslo referred us the Hardi Representative. Whom I contacted and is expected to come and review our job. He will be able to confirm for us in writing what the "Expert Installer" expressed about our installation, and that it will not cover any of the warranty. This product was a special order and extremely costly. We will be taking him to small claims court as the amount of money we still owe, is less than what we paid for the siding. I still have to get a few quotes to install "Gutter Guards" to replace the "brillo pads" he put in our gutters. I expect to retrieve my money for this also. In all this we find out that the "install of the stacked stone" was also not done properly! So we are planning to sue this Contractor. And to add insult to injury, this man was rude to me every time I asked him a question. I think he has an "issue" with women. Treats them in very condensending tone!
