Ernie responded to my phone call promptly (same day) and gave me an estimate of the costs which were quite reasonable. We agreed upon a time frame and cost. He arrived on time and finished the job to my satisfaction. He made a follow up phone call within a few days to inquire as to my satisfaction with his work. It's apparent that he enjoys his work and wants to please his customers!
