"Thank you, Ms. [Member Name Removed] for the five star review! Unfortunately it is now the way of the world that we have to wait for particular stock to arrive and we appreciate your patience. We will pass along your comments to Chad and CJ. Support of local business is important to our community; thank you for your part! The Bruce Family and Staff"
"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry you felt you needed to give us such a negative review. Due to the fact the gates swing out from your backyard, there is no possible way to install the hardware on the inside of the gate. You visited our showroom several times and the gates we display, both wood and pvc show the hardware on the outside of the gate. Our salesperson discussed the direction of the swing of the gates with both you and your husband and it was decided that the gates should swing out. That's how it was written on the contract your husband signed and also discussed with the installers the day we arrived to install the fence. To write a negative review and say we are stupid when you never communicated until after completion, that you wanted the hardware on the inside and the gate to swing into the yard is very unfair."
"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], we are sorry you feel that way."
"Thank you for the review!"
"Thank you for the terrific review! It was a pleasure working with you. If we can be of any service in the future, please let us know!"
"Hi [Member Name Removed] Thank you for the review. We truly appreciate your business!"
"Dear Dr. & Mrs. [Member Name Removed]: I am sorry you feel you were treated badly and I would like to address your complaints. Your fence was installed seven years ago in April of 2010, with a service call completed approximately a week later. Four years later in Mary of 2014 we received a call regarding the gate. Hinges were ripped out of the gate frame. As you were previously informed, it takes a tremendous amount of force for this to happen, unrelated to the material. The posts installed for the gate are the same size we use every time we install that type of fence; they are not larger. We did not refuse to do the repair, we quoted you a price for the repair. You felt the price was too high, which is your prerogative, and had someone else do the repair. As a matter of fact, you expected us to do the repair at no charge. Now three years after the repair was made by the other company you are again unhappy. I suggest you call the other company you chose to do the repair as I cannot speak to what work they did. Dr. [Member Name Removed], when treating a patient do you charge them once and if that course doesn't fix the problem, keep trying an alternative at no charge? Your comment "tried to avoid going public" is not exactly what has transpired as we both are aware. Making suppositions regarding our business is unfair as well as unkind. Bruce Fence Co has been in business since 1970 with thousands of satisfied and repeat customers. Although we'd like to say we enjoy a 100% satisfaction rate, there are inevitably challenges. We would in no way tell you how to run your business as we have no medical experience. I am sure there are many in the public who have an opinion regarding what a doctor charges or the amount of time they spend in a waiting room. We did give you a quote for the repair and addressed your concerns."
"Thank you for the review Mr. [Member Name Removed]. We appreciate your business and if there is anything we can do for you in the future, please let us know. Thanks again."

"We would like you to contact our office to discuss. We have no record of any type of installation at [Member Information Removed] Drive. The address is listed as a commercial address and not residential."
