Called immediately when the request was put in. Quoted a reasonable price. Came when he said he would. Finished the job in 2 days. Easy to reach, returned calls. Cleaned up after himself. Wonderful!!!!! Plan on hiring again for a bathroom remodel.

Rich was professional, and a true artisan. He installed porcelain tile flooring and on a windowsill in our sunroom, and did a beautiful job. He was always here when he said he would be, was careful, hardworking and trustworthy. We plan to use him for future tile projects in our home!

He came in looked at things gave us the quote we wanted to buy all the materials. He let us choose everything, He helped us with selections and he showed us things we did not know. He was always on time even with traveling 45 mins both ways. He communicated everyday and told us of every small change. He worked every day for 3 weeks and never stopped. We highly recommend him to everyone. His prices are beyond fair. We plan to use him for other jobs we have planned in the future.

Rich did a fantastic job renovating our Master Bathroom and painting our whole house. As an architect renovating my own home, I am extremely picky - I couldn't be happier with the quality of work that Rich provided. On top of that, Rich is very easy to work with, one of the most important qualities when choosing a contractor. He was diligently focused on our project and always responded promptly to calls and emails. If he had any questions about what we wanted he always called us before proceeding. We'll be using RTF Construction for our future projects and would recommend him to anyone!

Rich Frawley and his team were a pleasure to work with–professional, friendly, responsive, and flexible. The excellent quality of the work shows how craftsmanship and artistry should merge in a high-end job. The complex tile work in my bathroom still gets lots of compliments and referral requests. I must add that my notoriously fussy Manhattan co-op gave glowing feedback about RTF’s impeccable service and professionalism.

RTF Construction painted , did crown molding and new baseboards and also added new closet doors and window extensions throughout living room and dining room. The company is extremely thorough and detail-oriented. I was very satisfied with the project being done on time per the contract and the contractors were very careful. They gave me ideas for additional shelving and cabinetry. I've also used them to install lighting and granite counters and plan to use them again for a bedroom remodeling.
