Mike's Tree Service

Mike's crew arrived on time, cut and chipped the four trees, ground the stumps, and cleaned up thoroughly. This is the fourth time I've hired them, and will continue to do so if any of our remaining trees need to be "led to the white light".

I was very pleased. Punctual, professional, great work. Took a while initially to get the appointment, as there had been many local storms and trees down, but my work was not of an emergency nature, so I didn't mind the delay. Did the work as promised, as estimated, and cleaned up nicely.

Hired Mike’s Service a few years back and found his service is still exemplary, efficient and professional. Indeed wonderful to have a company treat your property as he would his own in terms on performing service and cleanup! Thanks Mike and his crew!

These guys are great. They were also cheaper than other estimates I had to remove two large, dying trees and trim a third. The crew was very friendly and happy to answer questions. My three year old son loved watching them and the guys were showing him how all the tools worked during the course of the job. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again if I need more trees cut or trimmed. Thank you!

Overall, they did a good job, but they could have been more informative about the process. They also damaged a cable when taking down one of the tree's limbs.

I have called upon Mike's Tree service a couple of times now. On both occasions I have been extremely satisfied. Mike and his crew work in a neat and professional manner leaving the property just as clean if not cleaner then it was when the job began. They arrive on time and stay until the job is finished. Mike and his crew even pay special attention to landscaping and flower beds to insure nothing gets damaged while they are working. Their attention to detail is outstanding. Mike is very knowledgeable of trees and is most helpful when making recommendations towards what needs to be done to promote the most healthy growth environment for any given tree and those surrounding it. He is polite, patient and is happy to answer any questions you have. Mike's Tree Service is the company to call when you want the job done right. Mike's Tree Service was great. They were very responsive, came out and gave the quote, scheduled the work, showed up on time with a good size crew and completed the work in 3 hours. Mike was able to add on the evergreen for a little bit extra with no problems. The crew was very professional and cleaned everything up. They laid down plywood sheets to drive the bucket truck on so they wouldn't damage the lawn. I would use them again without hesitation.

Mike, the owner, showed up when he said he would to estimate the work.  His quote was surprisingly affordable.  His crew of five guys arrived on schedule with the necessary equipment.- big tree chipper, trucks for debris removal, cherry picker to reach the tops of trees, a walk-behind forklift to carry tree trunks, saws, and lots of rakes. My wife was especially happy to see the rakes. 
In one day, they removed a hundred foot line of 30 foot tall  Leland Cyprus trees,  ground the stumps well below grade, and removed everything.  Other members of the crew re-shaped old pine trees that were getting ready to split next winter.
They then limbed up trees interspersed in my wife's perennial garden.  She was watching like a hawk, and was very happy they did not damage any of her plants.  (I'm not allowed in her garden, because I always manage to stomp something small).      
Most important to me, the guys were friendly, professional and hard working. It was easy to talk with them about trimming options. 
Thirty trees and limbing up produces a lot of brush and three big trucks of chippings,  The last part of their work was to clean the yard, even raking up the little stuff.  You can't tell all this work was dome, except for the absence of dead trees. 
Highly recommended.  I'd use them again in a minute!

Wonderful. Came a little earlier then promised. I was impressed with the fabulous truck,  tree shredder, and other equipment. Work started right away, and in the end a nice clean up. VERY happy. Would certainly recommend this company, and use them again. Also, very pleasant to work with.

I called Mike at 8:00 one evening to leave a message and to my surprise he picked up. Scheduled a free estimate the next day, arrived on time and gave me the cost within minutes. He called me later in the evening to schedule the work to be done which was less than a week, arrived on time with his guys and did everything we agreed upon. His guys were great and cleaned up all the debris. Would recommend Mike's Tree Service to anyone that needs tree work and plan on using him again.

It was a great experience from scheduling the estimate and then scheduling the work. Mike was prompt with all phone calls and answered all questions fully. He showed up on time to begin work and completed all work in one day as promised. His crew was also courteous, well organized and cleaned up every thing as promised. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family should they need tree service. We would also use him again if the need arised.

Mike and his crew arrived on the day and time indicated.  They performed all of their work in a most professional, safe, and efficient manner.  They completed all of the work which he and I had outlined in our first meeting.  Also, after a quick cost calculation, and without a hassle, Mike also added the trimming of an additional tree.  Although this tree was not previously scheduled, I explained that I was concerned that its branches posed a future problem to the shingles on the roof of my home.  When they left, everything was neat, clean, and stacked beautifully.
