V&S

I hired V&S to power wash my house and clean my exterior windows. I was initially very pleased. While my appointment was delayed over 3 hours, I was informed that he was running late at least. When the job was finished, my house looked wonderful. However, my windows were covered in soap scum. I had already made arrangements for Sean to come back a few days later to fix my gutter. We agreed that he would clean the windows at that time and I paid him in full (my mistake!). He did not show for our next appointment and did not reach out to let me know he was not coming. I reached out and we rescheduled for another day, but did not set a time. He has not responded to any communication attempts since. I will assume my windows are not being cleaned. While I was pleased with how my house turned out, I am extremely upset that I paid for my windows to be cleaned also and that job was not done.
