They took my vital signs and symptoms. They did a throat culture as well.  They are very efficient and they are generally warm and friendly.  I wouldn’t have any hesitation going there or taking my kids there if I needed it.   I didn’t see everything that goes on behind the scenes.  I didn’t experience them to be quite as warm and friendly on some occasions in the past.  

I keep returning to Saratoga Hospital because they are the best. My biggest operation was a gallbladder surgery. Besides the quality of the surgeons, the attending staff spend the most time with you and they make the big difference in preserving the hospital's excellence. The nurses they employ are caring and expert. They always seem to anticipate your needs before you make a request. Literally, they will hold your hand in fearful situations and they will always tell you what to expect. This same care and respect your well-being can be seen all the way from the registrars, to the attendants, the doctors, nurses, assistants, and anaesthesiologists. The Wilton branch (Wilton Medical Arts) was one of the first to get a digital mammogram machine, and when they did, the hospital staff suggested I start having my mammograms there. I'm glad I did because, not only do I have a higher quality mammogram with less breast pain, I also get the same care I do at the main hospital.

I was impressed. I woudld go back in a heartbeat. They were quick and efficient. They rolled in a computer cart to take my insurance info while I was in the exam room. I immediately saw the registrar, the charge nurse, and the nurse practisioner took care of me. Everyone was very concerned and caring. They called in my prescription, so my meds were waiting for me when I showed up.
