Hired to clean and paint aluminum siding. Cleaning went well. Contractor planned painting on the eve of a multi-day torrential rain storm -- said it would be okay... paint would dry. Not only did the finish job result in visible drips of paint where it ran on the siding, but had to make them come back to fix the areas where it was evident the painters were on ladders extending their arms and over-spraying paint in curved motion. Only part of it was repaired -- and much of the finish job shows the over-spray pattern. Also, the owner insisted on replacing a piece of aluminum that was dented. They replaced the piece but NEVER came back to paint the piece. Even after repeated attempts.

Excellent. On time and great job

I contacted them through an ad in the local Penny Saver. I agreed on a price to pressure wash my home and made an appointment over the phone. They came and washed my house while I was at work and I am very happy with the overall job. I had pressure washed my home several times myself but they were able to remove stains from the siding and gutters that I could not.

The only thing they did right was power wash the house. They used different materials than what I wanted for the deck and in the end it didn't look like it had been done at all. With the driveway, it was forecast to rain and poured after they did the work. It got all pockmarked. They came back to fix it but did a sloppy job and got tar on the side of the house and the garage door. To their credit, they are still coming back to try and fix it and get the tar off the house, but it's a year and a half later. I appreciate that he's trying to make it right, but it was just not a great job to begin with.

The first time they came, it was very soon after I signed the contract. They were not very professional. They did not bring the materials to replace several trim pieces, then once they got them, substituted a different material than agreed. They did not complete the painting nor all the trim repairs. In fact, they seemed stumped as to how to complete a repair on a basement window. They also used one of my garbage cans to clean their stain buckets, then left it in the middle of the lawn for me to clean. They did not return for five full weeks to complete the job.

I have used this company in the past for vinyl siding cleaning and they did a good job. I have recommended them to friends and would continue to do so. They don't as much "power blast" dirt from the house..They seem to apply a cleaning agent, then later rince it off.. As such, there is less chance of unintentional damage as the work is completed. The finished product lookes great. They also showed up as promised. I later used the company for painting/staining and would not recommend them for that.

They showed up on time, did an excellent job and didn't leave a mess behind.

They did a very nice job. The house looks very clean on the outside. We have used them once before and they did a real good job then and that is why we used them again. They were very professional and they called us ahead of time to remind us of the appointment. They gave us the dates to choose from, so they really worked around what we wanted. They also made sure it was convenient for us.

Used company two times. The first time they blew trim off the windows and had to come back to rectify. Also, brown stains were dripping from under the siding after they left. They came back and rectified. Second time, there was still a stain which my cousin (climbing out of roof of porch) took off in short order with Windex. They used no ladders and did no scrubbing. They spray from the ground with mixed results.

THEY WERE ONLY HERE AN HOUR AND I EXPECTED THEM TO GET UP HIGH AND SCRUB STUFF. ALL THEY DID WAS STAND ON THE GROUND AND SHOOT WATER AND CHEMICALS ON THE HOUSE AND IT DIDN'T GET THINGS AS CLEAN AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD. I SAW OTHER BUSINESSES AT NEIGHBORS' HOMES AND THE GUYS WERE UP ON LADDERS. I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE. I CONTRACTED THEM TO FIX A PIECE OF SIDING AND THE REASON I WENT WITH THEM IS THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO IT AND THEN WHEN GOT HERE THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T BRING THE RIGHT LADDERS AND COULDN'T DO IT.

THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO AND DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. THEY DIDNT LEAVE A MESS. THEY CHARGED WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. I THINK THE PRICE MIGHT HAVE BEEN A LITTLE HIGH, EVEN WITH THE COUPON.
