Contacted them by phone, regarding water damage to my home caused by ice dam buildup. Phone operator took information about the property and the damages. I informed them that I wanted to have an assessment of damages completed, and a written estimate of costs for the remediation services before moving forward. Phone operator was pushy, and said that they would want to begin the remediation process immediately. Phone operator informed me that since I wanted an assessment first, she would have to have one of their technical staff contact me by phone. Technician did call back and left message the next day, but by that time I had already contacted another firm who could do what I asked (assessment of damages and estimate given 1st), and I went with the other firm for this service.
